The 2027 Shalom Dutchfest will feature local small business vendors!

SCA 5K – Cross Country Race/Natural Terrain on Course

Saturday, May 1, 2027
Race Begins – 8:30 am
Check In – Friday night from 5:00 to 8:30 pm or Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 am

The SCA 5K is part of the Shalom Dutchfest.

5K Divisions: 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. 1st place medals will be awarded to the male and female winner of each division. $50 prize for male & female over-all winner. Ribbons will also be awarded for the 2nd and 3rd place winners in each division. New for this year – Master category (40+) for male and female. These 2 winners will receive a $50 cash prize as well.

Additional Information: A complimentary Annual SCA 5K t-shirt is included for those who register by April 15.

One day only elementary wristbands can be purchased at the Information Booth for $15 each.

Some activities may be cancelled due to weather – we apologize for the inconvenience. All proceeds from wristband sales benefit Christian education – no refunds are available on wristbands. Not responsible for accidents.

SCA Kids Fun Walk

The SCA Kids Fun Walk will be held on Saturday, May 1 at 8:30 am. The cost is $25 and includes a free t-shirt if registered by April 15. The cost will increase to $30 on April 16.

Registration will open in spring 2027.

TARGET: THE SECRET SPY PURSUIT

Attention, Agents! Calling all spies – a very sneaky character has taken the Golden Trophy and is trying to run away! We need the smartest and fastest spies in the school to start The Secret Spy Pursuit. To catch them, you’ll have to:

Run like the wind across the open sectors
Crawl through the lasers without tripping the alarm
Stay hot on the trail and don’t let the target out of your sight

If you make it to the finish line, you will receive your Official Agent Badge and save the day! Are you ready and willing to join the chase?

**All students in PreK* through 2nd grade are eligible to participate in the challenge. Space is limited to the first 60 participants. Please note – PreK students must have parent/guardian accompany them.**

Worship with Contemporary Christian Artist Leslie McKee

The 2026 Shalom Dutchfest will feature worship sessions on Friday, May 1 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm and 8:00 – 9:00 pm.

Leslie is a contemporary Christian artist, singer-songwriter and worship leader. She shares a message of redemption, restoration, and relationship woven through songs and stories from her heart and life. “My desire is that my life experiences will be used as a platform to shine the light of Jesus into dark places, to offer hope to the broken in spirit, and to encourage those who are weary to keep holding on.”

SCA Dutchfest Cornhole Tournament

Registration will open in spring 2027.

Double Elimination tournament

Matches are best out of 3. Games 1 & 2 are to 21 points. Game 3 (if necessary) is to 15 points. (No bust for all games)

1st Place – 2 $50 Visa Gift Cards
2nd Place – 2 $25 Visa Gift Cards

Participants will need to use provided bags. Can not use your own bags. Teams must be present when it is their turn to play or they will forfeit that game.
